Sri Lanka's debt restructuring negotiations with international bondholders have entered their final stage, with negotiators on both sides saying a revised repayment schedule could be finalised within weeks.
The talks, running more than three years after the country's 2022 default, have centred on a state-contingent bond structure that ties repayment terms to GDP growth.
Colombo's finance ministry said the agreement would be presented to Parliament for approval once terms are finalised with the bondholder committee.
