These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aalimination.com (the "Site"), operated by Aalimi Nation ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Aalimi Nation is a news and magazine publication based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, publishing digital articles, a paid digest, and a print/digital magazine issue.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating a reader account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.
3. What we offer
- Free content: select articles and a free daily digest, no payment required.
- Paid digest access: a one-time payment unlocks full access to every article and issue for 30 days from the date of purchase. Access does not auto-renew; you may purchase another 30-day period at any time before or after expiry.
- Digital (soft-copy) issue: a one-time payment for a downloadable PDF of a specific magazine issue, delivered to your account/email after payment.
- Print issue: a one-time payment for a physical copy of a specific magazine issue, shipped to the address you provide, plus a flat shipping charge shown at checkout.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
- Prices, including discounts, may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that transaction.
5. Delivery
- Digest access and soft-copy issues are unlocked/delivered digitally,
immediately after successful payment.
- Print issues are shipped per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
All articles, images, layouts, and the Aalimi Nation name and logo are the property of Aalimi Nation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content — including purchased digital/print issues — without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
8. User conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape or bulk-copy content, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. retailer listings for print
issues). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
10. Limitation of liability
Aalimi Nation is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or delays/issues in third-party payment or courier services.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
